Guard Tour

Guard tour systems allow one to track the patrolling activities of guards. The hardware device that the guard carries is actually an RFID reader which he uses to ‘read’ RFID tags positioned at strategic points of the areas under which he is supposed to visit during his predetermined visitation times. The read data will be downloaded into a PC where the accompanying software tabulates his movements in a spreadsheet file or in graphical form.

Newer systems have GPS enabled and GPRS reporting so one can track their positions and activities in real time.
